Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end ticket processing for domestic/international travel bookings
- Provide accurate itinerary information and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with airlines/hotels to ensure seamless ticket issuance and modifications
- Maintain detailed transaction records in our CRM system
- Upsell premium travel packages during customer interactions
- Train junior staff on ticketing protocols and customer service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in airline/hospitality ticketing
- Proficient in Amadeus/Galileo reservation systems
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with conflict resolution skills
- Valid AKTA certification preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
