Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations using standardized assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for pediatric patients
- Train parents/caregivers in home-based intervention techniques
- Document clinical progress with precision and maintain confidential records
- Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, and pediatricians
- Lead parent education workshops on communication development
- Stay current with latest therapeutic methodologies through continuous learning
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Fisioterapi / Terapi Rehabilitasi (Speech Pathology focus)
- SIPSTRK certification with minimum 3 years clinical experience
- Expertise in pediatric articulation, language, and fluency disorders
- Proficiency in AAC (Augmentative Alternative Communication) systems
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills with medical terminology mastery
- Certification in PROMPT or similar advanced technique preferred
- Demonstrated success in creating measurable therapy outcomes
- Empathetic approach with exceptional child engagement abilities
