Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Design system architecture specifications and data flow diagrams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
- Perform gap analysis and optimization of existing systems
- Create detailed documentation including UML diagrams and user stories
- Validate system performance through testing and quality assurance protocols
- Provide technical guidance during system implementation and training
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience as System Analyst/Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, UML, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems implementation
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or equivalent is highly valued
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
