Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) to ensure data integrity and system performance
- Develop and implement automated workflows for core HR processes including onboarding, compensation, and performance management
- Analyze complex HR datasets to generate actionable insights for leadership and strategic HR initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement technical solutions
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (PP 78/2015)
- Provide Tier 3 support and training to HR staff and system users
- Lead system upgrade projects and integration with external HR tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on HRIS implementation and administration experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and HRIS reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors HCM or Workday (preferred)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian HR compliance requirements and payroll regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting complex system issues
- Proven project management experience for HRIS implementations
