Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily stamping operations including press machines, dies, and quality control protocols
- Train and supervise 15+ technicians to optimize productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements
- Analyze production data to implement process improvements and cost reductions
- Collaborate with engineering teams for die modifications and new product launches
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology
- Minimum 5 years experience in stamping/sheet metal operations
- Proven leadership experience with 3+ years in supervisory roles
- Certification in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or Six Sigma preferred
- Expertise in hydraulic/pneumatic press operation and die maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis capability
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for production tracking
