Tanggung Jawab
- Setup and calibrate CNC machines for precision manufacturing
- Program and adjust machine parameters for optimal production
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct quality control checks using precision measurement tools
- Train junior operators on machine protocols and safety standards
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
- Collaborate with engineering team for process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (S1 preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience as CNC Machine Setter
- Expertise in Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas CNC programming
- Certification in CNC operation (e.g., NIMS)
- Proficiency in precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
