Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and resolve complex application issues across enterprise systems
- Provide tier-3 technical support for mission-critical business applications
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine troubleshooting
- Collaborate with development teams to implement patches and updates
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance using monitoring tools like Nagios/Splunk
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents
- Train junior support staff on advanced troubleshooting techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in enterprise application support
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
