As a key member of our Network Operations team, you'll design, optimize, and troubleshoot LTE/5G networks across Jakarta's dense urban landscape. Collaborate with global vendors like Nokia, Ericsson, and Huawei while implementing innovative solutions for 15M+ users.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement LTE/5G RAN architecture with 99.99% SLA compliance
- Optimize network performance through drive testing, parameter tuning, and capacity planning
- Lead complex troubleshooting for radio frequency interference and handover failures
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware upgrades and software patches
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and change logs
- Train junior engineers on best practices for 5G SA deployment
- Analyze KPIs (e.g., throughput, latency, call drop rates) for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in RAN engineering with 2+ years in 5G/LTE-A environments
- Expertise in Nokia/ Ericsson/Huawei RAN equipment (BBU, RRH, gNodeB)
- Strong understanding of 3GPP standards (Rel-15/16/17)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills using tools like TEMS Investigation, Genex Probe
- Experience with network optimization in high-density urban deployments
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Nokia 5G Specialist, Ericsson Radio Expert)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English proficiency
