Tanggung Jawab
- Present and demonstrate products effectively to customers in-store
- Actively engage shoppers to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Track and report customer feedback and sales performance
- Maintain attractive product displays and promotional materials
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless promotional activities
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets through persuasive communication
- Represent brand values with professional appearance and conduct
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, promotion, or customer service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation abilities with confidence and charisma
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous
- Pleasant personality with high energy and positive attitude
- Physical stamina for standing and active engagement during shifts
