Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise laboratory tests and analyses following SOPs and quality standards
- Operate and maintain sophisticated diagnostic equipment (microscopes, analyzers, etc.)
- Document test results meticulously in electronic health records
- Ensure sample integrity through proper handling, storage, and disposal protocols
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and infection control measures
- Collaborate with medical professionals to resolve testing discrepancies
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in clinical/hospital laboratory
- Certification from Kepala Laboratorium Kesehatan (KALAB)
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Knowledge of ISO 15189 standards preferred
