- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 8-10 sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years in B2B sales management, 2+ years in tech sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (min 120% achievement)
- Strong leadership skills with team development experience
- Expert in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- Strategic thinking with analytical mindset
