Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of industrial boilers and auxiliary equipment
- Monitor boiler operations, pressure levels, and fuel consumption to optimize efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and conduct risk assessments per PERMENAKER regulations
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Coordinate shutdown procedures and system overhauls with engineering teams
- Prepare technical documentation for maintenance logs and incident reports
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/S1 in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology
- Minimum 3 years experience with industrial boiler systems (≥5 MW capacity)
- Certified in boiler operation (Sertifikat Operator Uap) and pressure vessel safety
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and control system schematics
- Strong knowledge of combustion systems, water treatment, and energy efficiency
- Ability to work under pressure with strict safety adherence
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and K3 certification
- Experience with digital SCADA systems preferred
