Tanggung Jawab
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory equipment including microscopes, balances, burettes, and chemical testing instruments.
- Material Preparation: Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and specimens accurately according to teacher instructions and safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, ensuring proper labeling, storage of hazardous materials, and emergency readiness.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of consumables, manage purchase requests, and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent shortages.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and functional laboratory environment, ensuring all workspaces meet hygiene and operational standards.
- Technical Support: Assist teachers and students in the correct usage of laboratory apparatus, providing guidance during practical sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Chemistry, Physics, Biology, or Education Technology.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a laboratory technician in an educational or industrial setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in handling glassware, basic electronics, and laboratory instrumentation.
- Certifications: Knowledge of K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) standards is highly preferred.
- Language: Proficient in Indonesian (speaking and writing); English proficiency is a plus.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
