Tanggung Jawab
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts ensuring full compliance with Indonesian regulations
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal/termination
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to align contractual terms
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for contractual obligations
- Develop standardized templates and SOPs for efficient contract processing
- Lead vendor relationship management and performance monitoring
- Prepare comprehensive reports on contract performance and compliance metrics
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (S2 preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in contract management with multinational corporations
- Expertise in Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and commercial regulations
- Certified Contract Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and contract management software
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record in high-stakes negotiations and conflict resolution
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities
