Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers
- Implement new features and improve existing systems while maintaining code quality and performance
- Write clean, maintainable code and provide technical guidance to junior developers
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with RESTful APIs and database design
- Knowledge of modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
