Tanggung Jawab
- Perform 2-3 hour live music sets at designated commercial venues
- Curate diverse repertoire covering Indonesian pop, dangdut, and traditional folk
- Engage audiences with interactive performances and crowd interaction
- Maintain professional appearance and equipment during all performances
- Collaborate with event coordinators for seamless venue logistics
- Adapt setlists to match audience demographics and event themes
- Submit performance reports and attendance documentation weekly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years professional street music performance experience
- Master proficiency in at least 2 instruments (guitar, keyboard, or traditional instruments)
- Exceptional vocal range with ability to perform in multiple genres
- Proven crowd engagement skills during live performances
- Reliable transportation for event venues across Jakarta
- Professional stage presence and appearance standards
- Availability for weekend/evening events (minimum 4 shifts/month)
- Basic understanding of commercial event protocols
