Tanggung Jawab
- Leasing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize rental yield and occupancy levels for Mall & Office assets.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential tenants through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and incentives to secure agreements that align with company policies and profit margins.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure lease renewals and minimize vacancy rates.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to analyze competitor activities, rental trends, and demographic shifts to inform leasing decisions.
- Documentation: Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring all legal and contractual obligations are met accurately.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with marketing teams to organize tenant events and promotional activities to drive foot traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate sales, or property management, preferably within a mall or mixed-use development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads and sales activities.
- Valid SIM A: Must possess a valid driver's license for site visits.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with high levels of personal accountability and motivation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is preferred.
