Tanggung Jawab
- Composite CGI elements with live-action footage using Nuke, After Effects, and Flame
- Develop advanced matte painting environments and digital set extensions
- Optimize render pipelines and troubleshoot technical VFX challenges
- Create realistic lighting, atmosphere, and color grading for final shots
- Lead junior compositors and provide creative direction on sequences
- Collaborate with lighting, animation, and editorial departments
- Deliver shot reviews and implement director/creative feedback
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years professional compositing experience in VFX or animation
- Expert proficiency in Nuke, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of 3D pipelines, rendering, and camera projection
- Portfolio demonstrating complex VFX shots and cinematic environments
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Experience with stereoscopic 3D compositing preferred
- Relevant degree in Digital Media, VFX, or equivalent experience
