Tanggung Jawab
- Execute lawful vehicle repossessions according to Indonesian regulations and lender agreements
- Operate GPS tracking systems to locate collateral assets efficiently
- Document recovery processes with detailed incident reports and photographic evidence
- Maintain secure transport facilities for recovered vehicles during transit
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with repossession laws
- Provide professional client communication during recovery procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in vehicle recovery or law enforcement
- Valid SIM C with clean driving record
- Certification in asset recovery management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian civil code on collateral recovery
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical fitness to handle high-stress recovery operations
